• Triage phone calls to the reading room.
• Reporting critical results to appropriate providers.
• Managing follow-up worklists for exams.
• Importing images and reports from outside providers.
• Transferring images and reports to other healthcare providers.
• Assisting with legal requests.
• De-identifying imaging for research studies.
• Monitoring work queues for failed automated faxes.
