Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in New Windsor, NY. You will greet and register patients in a fast-paced radiology facility and answer, screen, and direct calls. You will schedule appointments, collect demographics and insurance information, and collaborate with clinical staff to support referrals.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and at least 1 year of medical receptionist experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a radiology facility.

• Enter patient demographics and insurance information into the EHR.
• Collaborate with clinical and clerical staff and referring offices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
