Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Hamburg, NY. The role involves greeting and registering patients in a fast-paced radiology setting, screening calls, scheduling appointments, and entering patient demographics and insurance data into the medical records.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical receptionist experience and strong communication, organization, and confidentiality. This on-site position offers PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients in a fast-paced radiology facility.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff in a courteous manner, taking messages as needed.
• Schedules appointments and makes referrals.
• Submits patient demographics and insurance information into the patients’ medical record.
• Works as a team to assist clinical and clerical staff and referring physician offices as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
