Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Electronics, IT Networking or CS with relevant experience.
Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, installation and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at end user sites using Bayer documentation.
Schedule and organize own work activities and manage inventory to ensure quality work.
Prepare and develop sales quotes and follow through to close the sale with customers and dealers.
Maintain company assets and ensure proper return of defective inventory for replenishment.
Interface with billing processors to ensure proper invoicing and assist in collections.
