Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an LMRT externship coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. You will recruit extern sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and support students with career development and placement after externship completion.

You will market CHCP programs to the medical community, monitor site performance, and coordinate orientation and site visits to ensure quality externships for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ARRT/RT/LMRT certifications.
• Experience coordinating externship programs and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain federal, state and accreditation compliance.
• Recruit, develop and monitor extern sites for student assignments.
• Market the programs to the medical community and recruit externship sites.
• Monitor site evaluations, time cards, surveys and documentation.
• Coordinate externship orientation and weekly site visits.
• Serve as liaison between students, faculty and externship providers.
• Assist students with career development, resumes and interviewing skills.
