Responsibilities

• Work in a unit with 4 cath labs and 1 hybrid lab.
• Be on late team 2-3 times per week.
• No overnight call; on-call for holidays up to 50% as per contract.
• Schedule created 4 weeks in advance; block scheduling possible.

Must-Have:

Experience with EP procedures including RFA/RPFs, lead changes, revisions, extractions, Micra, Averis, pacemakers, PM, and defibrillators.Ability to scrub EP procedures is a bonus but not required.For Tech: Experience with scrubbing, pan simultaneously, and familiarity with the above case types.

Description:The unit consists of 4 cath labs and 1 hybrid lab.On average, there are 15 patients per day.First-time travelers are welcomed.Support within the department includes a part-time transporter, a scheduler to arrange cases, a charge RN and a lead tech.A rapid response/code team is available 24/7, along with a cardiologist on call 24/7.The technology and equipment utilized include EMR systems, IV pumps, med dispensing, PACS, hemodynamic systems, and unit-specific equipment.There is no overnight call, but the candidate will be on the late team 2-3 times per week.Holiday expectations include being on call for 50% of the holidays as per the contract.Requests for time off should be approved by the manager.The schedule is created 4 weeks in advance, with the possibility of block scheduling if requested but not guaranteed.The unit culture fosters collaboration and support among all team members.
