Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an Electrophysiology Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. The role supports electrophysiology lab procedures and requires travel experience with a 12-hour day shift.

Responsibilities include 3D imaging, mapping, ablation, and lead extraction support, with a focus on sterile technique and patient monitoring. Licensure, RCES/RCIS, ACLS, and flu vaccination are required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years Electrophysiology Lab experience required.Must have completed at least one travel assignment.

License:

Must possess a valid state license.

Certifications:

RCES or RCIS, ACLS required.

Must-Have:

Flu vaccine is required; no exemptions allowed.

Description:Two years of experience in the Electrophysiology Lab is required.Experience must include: Ablations (pulse field, cryo, and RF), Implants, Cardioversions, Micra, and lead extractions.Expertise in special equipment such as Carto and Ensite mapping, Affera PFA is necessary.Candidates must have experience with electronic documentation using GE Healthcare.The role involves performing 3D imaging, accurate monitoring, and arrhythmia induction.Candidates should be skilled in cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, and performing EKG lead placement.Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias is crucial.Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field and circulating procedures.Experience in tilt table studies and vascular closure systems is preferred.All candidates must comply with infection control precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.Daily census includes approximately 10 patients, with a two-room setup in the lab.This position may include interdisciplinary support with interpretation services as needed.No call or weekend coverage is required.Requested time off is not permitted during the initial two weeks of the assignment.Travel experience is required.References supporting the required experience must be provided.
