Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an Echo Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including specialized studies, in a radiology setting under physician supervision. The technologist will operate ultrasound equipment and ensure high-quality images for interpretation.

They will explain procedures to patients, maintain protocol compliance, and participate in on-call coverage. Standard days are Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts; a BLS credential and ARDMS/RCS licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed ultrasound professional with ARDMS and/or RCS credentials.
• BLS certification on file and up to date.
• Experience performing ultrasound-related procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produces quality images.
• Operates ultrasound equipment and adjusts protocols per procedure.
• Explains procedures to patients and answers questions; maintains patient comfort.
• On-call requirement of 6-7 days per month.
