Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an Echo Tech for a travel assignment in Colorado. The role involves adult echocardiography, TEE, bubble studies, and Definity contrast with 1:1 patient care in a 272-bed unit.

Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekends. Must have at least 6 months acute care Echo Tech experience, and BLS & RCS certifications; pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform adult echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Conduct bubble studies and Definity contrast studies
• Provide structured reporting for all procedures
• Coordinate care with a dedicated team and rotating weekends

Description:This is a travel position for an Echo Tech.The shift is from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekends.The unit contains 272 beds and has a team of 4 staff including cardiac sonographers.The patient ratio is 1:1.The equipment used includes GE E95 and Philips Epiq, along with Meditech and CCW for EMR.Typical procedures performed include adult echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, bubble studies, and Definity contrast studies.Structured reporting on all procedures is required.The ideal candidate is flexible, a great team player, and patient-focused.All staff are required to wear black or hospital-provided scrubs.On-call requirements involve 2 nights of call per week, including rotating weekends.This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology and a dedicated team.
