Job summary

ARMStaffing in partnership with healthcare facilities is seeking an Echo Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in San Antonio, TX.

You will perform complete echocardiograms, document findings in Meditech, and float to other units as needed. Day shift with call requirements and guaranteed hours (36 per week) are part of the role.

Active RDCS or RCS certification is preferred; 2+ years of hospital experience and BLS are required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of anatomy and disease processes.
• BLS certification required.

Job Description

The Echo Sonographer will be responsible for independently performing complete echocardiograms, utilizing equipment such as Philips IE33 and Epiq CVX. The role requires a solid understanding of anatomy and disease processes, primarily within a non-invasive cardiology unit. Documentation will be handled through the Meditech system.
