ARMStaffing is seeking an Echo Technician in Olympia, WA for a 13-week contract. The role focuses on performing echocardiograms, bubble studies, and stress echocardiography using color Doppler and M-Mode techniques. You will also acquire ECGs and manage IVs for contrast procedures, while maintaining EPIC documentation.

Requirements include at least 1 year in the role, ARDMS/CCI/RDCS certification, and current BLS. State license must be secured before submission.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Echo Technician to join our team. The Echo Technician will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and related tasks, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. This position requires proficiency in various echocardiographic techniques and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms for adult patients.
• Conduct bubble studies and pharmacologic stress echocardiograms.
• Utilize color Doppler, M-Mode, and other echocardiographic techniques.
• Obtain and interpret 12 lead EKGs/ECGs.
• Start IVs as required for contrast studies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation through the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Technician.
• Must hold ARDMS, CCI RCS, or RDCS certification.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Compact state license must be obtained prior to submission.
