Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) in Las Vegas seeks a Radiology Supervisor to provide technical leadership and supervision across radiology diagnostic services and clerical units. The role includes oversight of exam charges and billing, plus evaluating equipment and processes.

Training and evaluating staff are key duties. The candidate should have an accredited radiologic technology program, 4 years in radiology with 2 in a supervisory role, and ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certifications

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Four (4) years of radiology technical experience, two (2) in a supervisory/lead role.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and supervision to radiology diagnostic services and clerical units.
• Oversee exam charges and billing; liaison for the department.
• Train and evaluate clerical and technical staff; monitor equipment and workflows.
