You will deliver compassionate patient care and ensure accurate documentation and image management in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Provides diagnostic quality radiologic imaging under physician direction.
• Maintains radiation protection standards.
• Delivers high level of patient care and customer service.
• Ability to recognize and solve problems related to imaging.
• Knowledge of medical technology and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Produces images of diagnostic quality and prepares images for interpretation.
• Provides radiation protection and uses exposure factors safely.
• Ensures appropriate exam is ordered and attached to patient record.
• Documents supplies, equipment, and patient history as required.
• Coordinates daily work duties within the team and timing of exams.
• Ensures images are PACS-ready before study completion.
• Verifies orders include signature, reason, and CPT codes.
