Job Description
The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The role involves providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including CT of the head, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Knowledge of processing of CT systems and surgical/sterile procedures.
- Conduct studies with or without contrast media and understand cross-sectional anatomy.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- CT License
- BLS Certification
