ARMStaffing is seeking a Multimodality Technologist (CT/X-Ray) for night shift to perform imaging procedures and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires ARRT registration in Radiography and CT, SC license, and BLS/ACLS certifications; 2 years of experience and trauma/pediatrics proficiency are preferred. This assignment includes a 13-week contract with nights and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must be ARRT registered in Radiography (R) and CT (C).
• State license (SCRQSA) required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (pending acceptance if obtained within 2–3 weeks of hire).
• Experience in Emergency, Trauma, Pediatrics, and Orthopedic exams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures for X-ray and CT.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including radiation safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet patient needs and provide interdisciplinary support.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with every other weekend requirement.

Job Description

The Multimodality Technologist will provide quality imaging and patient care within both X-ray and CT modalities. This role requires effective communication with patients to explain procedures and ensure their understanding, as well as producing diagnostic images for the interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures for X-ray and CT.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including radiation safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet patient needs and provide interdisciplinary support.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must be registered in both Radiography (ARRT) (R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT) (C).
• State license (SCRQSA) required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (pending acceptance if obtained within 2-3 weeks of hire).
• Experience in Emergency, Trauma, Pediatrics, and Orthopedic exams preferred.
