ARMStaffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in West Virginia. You will perform high-quality CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and follow established protocols to deliver accurate diagnostic results.

The schedule is day shift, 3x12-hour blocks from 07:00 to 19:00. Travel experience is required for this assignment, and ARRT CT certification with WV licensure, BLS, and references are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• ARRT CT certification and WV state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Travel experience is required; first-time travelers not accepted.
• Provide minimum of 2 manager/charge references from past 2 years.

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging on patients, ensuring optimal patient care and safety while adhering to best practices and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging output.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Review and evaluate images for technical quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Maintain and operate CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist required.
• ARRT certification in CT and state licensure (WV) required.
• Experience with charting systems, preferably CERNER.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Previous travel experience is necessary; first-time travelers are not accepted.
• Must provide minimum of 2 manager/charge references from the past 2 years.
