Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Radiology - CT Tech to perform radiographic examinations and support quality assurance within the radiology department. The Tech must demonstrate ARRT proficiency across modalities as outlined (I–IV) and maintain patient records while ensuring radiation safety.
The role requires flexibility to rotate, will involve on-site work in a fast-paced imaging department, and opportunities to learn additional modalities as needed.

Able to perform all diagnostic exams as related to assigned modality.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Tech I ARRT in one modality (i.e., ARRT general radiography).Tech II ARRT certified in two modalities.Tech III ARRT certified in three modalities.Tech IV ARRT certified in four modalities.
The Radiologic Technologist must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.The individual must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s needs.Responsibilities include providing radiographic examination of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation.Must exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures and apply principles of radiation protection.Maintain patient records and files.Assume responsibility for the quality assurance program.Pursue continuing education.Assist in the transfer of patients to and from radiology.In the absence of a supervisor, assume responsibility for the department.Rotate shifts as required.Perform ancillary duties as requested by supervisor.Follow established policies and procedures.Assist in maintaining general hygiene of the department.Must be able to work well in stressful situations.Must be willing to take on-call duties and report to work within 20 minutes.Must be willing to learn other imaging modalities as required.Maintain competency in ancillary modalities.Perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsible for the care of equipment in this area.Responsible for record maintenance.Assist with invasive procedures and gain knowledge of these procedures.Actively participate in the preparation for procedures.Consult with referring physicians.Follow standard precautions procedures.Alter routine protocols to provide quality care to specific patient age groups.Change contrast levels per age group as needed.Set up and run automatic injectors.Be familiar with contraindications of contrast.Competent in tele-radiology transmission and sterile technique.Actively assist in supply inventory and ordering.Perform daily and weekly quality control as required.
Attend department meetings, in-services, and disaster drills.
