Description:This position requires proficiency in both CT and X-ray.The monthly census includes approximately 140 X-ray and 75 CT procedures.Patient types include inpatient, outpatient, ER, and trauma cases.Support will be available through other technicians in the imaging department at times.Technicians at a sister facility will be reachable via phone for assistance.Technology includes EMR systems, PACS, and various imaging equipment such as a 64 Slice CT and digital X-ray machines.Technicians will float between two facilities, with shifts grouped together whenever possible.Weekend rotation and on-call duties are required, with a response time of 30 minutes.Holiday requests for time off will need management approval.Shift times may vary between 0700-1700 and 0700-1900, either as three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.Scrub color should be any solid, professional color with no graphics, logos, or designs.
