Description:The CT Tech will work in an outpatient clinic.The majority of patients are mobile.The clinic sees many patients for follow-up cancer diagnoses.The responsibilities include starting IVs, running I-stat for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images.The role may involve floating to meet facility needs.Occasional Saturday shifts are required.No call is required.The unit provides care to adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.The work environment is busy, with a focus on patient care and imaging.All travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.Travelers’ refusal to float may result in contract termination.Time off requests are approved on an individual basis.The facility’s culture emphasizes teamwork and quality patient care.
