Job summary

Baton Rouge General Medical Center is looking for a professional to coordinate and facilitate the compliance program and information systems of Imaging Services. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules and conducting audits for service delivery

with a focus on regulatory adherence. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a Louisiana radiographer license. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical experience preferred.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable HIPAA regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of safety practices appropriate to Job Position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules appropriate personnel to meet department needs.
• Manages departmental compliance program with updates and audits.
• Manages the Radiology Management System and evaluates charging practices.

Skills

Current Louisiana State license to perform in the capacity of radiographer

Strong knowledge of JCAHO and regulatory requirements

Clinical experience
