Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in nursing with CNS focus; Doctorate preferred.
• RN license required in applicable state; multi-state licensure may be needed.
• APRN/CNS certification or equivalent; state approval as required.
• Five years of nursing experience; two years in specialty area preferred.
• BLS certification; additional specialty certifications encouraged.

• The CNS works collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes in a designated population/specialty practice.
• Functions as a leader within the three spheres of influence (Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, Organization/System).
• Active participant in the nursing leadership team and support TN sponsorship when applicable.
