You will collaborate with the nursing leadership team, ensure clinical excellence, and coordinate care across patient populations. Requires CNS certification/licensure, master's in nursing and CNS focus; Doctorate preferred; we offer TN sponsorship, full‑time schedule, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a major in nursing with a Clinical Nurse Specialist focus.
• Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree preferred.
• Experience as a CNS preferred.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CNS workload.
• Five years of successful work experience in nursing with two years in the specialty area preferred.
• License and Certifications: Current RN license by applicable state requirements; CNS license or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNS leads quality improvement and collaborates to improve patient care outcomes.
• Acts as a leader within the spheres of Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, and Organization/System.
• Participates in the nursing leadership team and supports CNS workload management.
