Job Duties

• Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations across assigned imaging areas
• Oversee staff, workflow, scheduling, and equipment utilization
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment aligned with regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Support accreditation efforts and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture through strong communication and leadership
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to continuously improve clinical practices

Requirements

Experience

• Must have five years of experience in medical imaging
• Must have knowledge of all areas of department functions to supervise staff

Education

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, or equivalent experience

License/Certification Requirements

Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification within the first 60 days of hire. Radiologic Technologists must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Must also hold an advanced registration through ARRT in another modality or obtain it within the first 12 months of employment.
