Job summary

UVA Outpatient Imaging Culpeper seeks a PRN Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to join our patient-centered team on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include providing weekday coverage and supporting imaging operations during vacations and staffing needs in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT in Radiography with current registration, an associate degree or equivalent radiology program, and BLS within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography with current registration; state licensure as required.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for weekday shifts and planned vacations.
• Support staffing needs during PTO and other occasions.
• Work in outpatient imaging environment with focus on patient care.

DescriptionJoin an energetic, patient-focused team! UVA Outpatient Imaging Culpeper is currently seeking an experienced PRN Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to join our team on an as-needed basis.

This PRN position is ideal for a flexible technologist who is available to provide coverage for weekday shifts, planned vacations, PTO, and other staffing needs. The schedule will vary based on departmental needs, with opportunities to help support our team during weekdays and occasional additional coverage as needed.

We offer competitive base pay, shift differential pay for qualifying shifts, 401(k) company matching program, and no on-call or holidays.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
