Qualifications

  • Board certification in Radiology.
  • Massachusetts medical license or eligibility.
  • 5+ years clinical leadership in a multi-site health system.
  • Experience in medical education program development and provider mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and dedication to culturally and linguistically appropriate care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical services, quality assurance, patient safety, and performance improvement with a minimum of 40% time dedicated to direct patient care.
  • Direct teaching, research, and academic activities across undergraduate and graduate medical education.
  • Jointly manage the departmental budget, set financial goals, and develop strategic plans with CHA leadership.
  • Oversee recruitment, credentialing, orientation, and professional development of providers.
  • Participate in CHA leadership structures and contribute to organizational priorities.
