Job description

Job Opportunity: Cardiothoracic Radiologist

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Fellowship Trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join an exceptional practice just north of Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a mix of Thoracic, Cardiac, and Body Imaging.
2. Share equally in evening and weekend call (no overnight shifts).
3. Utilize state-of-the-art scanners (Siemens Dual Source Flash, Philips 256 slice 7500 Spectral CT, Siemens/Philips 1.5T MRI).
4. Participate in a dedicated 3D lab for cardiac post-processing.
5. Manage a high volume of cases: approximately 19,000 chest/cardiac CTs and 500 chest/cardiac MRIs annually.
6. Lead or participate in the nation's largest clinical lung cancer screening program, with a 10+ year research database.
7. Collaborate with pulmonologists, cardiologists, thoracic oncologists, and cardiothoracic surgeons.
8. Engage in weekly and monthly interdisciplinary conferences.
9. Teach Radiology residents and contribute to research activities.
10. Work with a nationally recognized Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy program.
