Job description

The Wake Forest University School of Medicine's Department of Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher.

Our department features state-of-the-art imaging facilities across three adult hospitals, an NCI-designated Cancer Center, a pediatric hospital, a busy outpatient imaging center, and several smaller outpatient facilities. We have 50 faculty members, 14 fellows, and 40 residents, and are renowned for our strong educational programs.

Applicants should have extensive clinical experience in chest and cardiac imaging, including radiography, CT, and MRI. The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of clinical operations and a strong interest in the academic mission. Responsibilities include providing educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows. Night and weekend call duties are required.

• Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging is required.
• Board certification (or eligibility) by the American Board of Radiology or equivalent is required.
• Licensing (or eligibility) to practice medicine in North Carolina is required.
