Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Fridley, MN, seeks an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our acute care team. This Mon-Fri role runs 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with a ~12-case daily workload and includes float responsibilities to Mercy campuses.

Required ARRT-R and BLS, minimum 1 year experience, IV starts, and ability to work in outpatient, inpatient and ER settings. On-call Wednesdays 11:00 PM–6:30 AM and occasional weekends, with free staff parking.

Position Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Daily Caseload: 12 cases per tech, 1 room
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
• Certifications Required: ARRT-R, BLS
• First-timers Accepted: No
• Weekend Requirement: Occasional, as needed per department needs
• On-call Requirement: Every Wednesday 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM and every 3rd weekend
• Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
• Floating to Sister Facilities: Will float between Mercy Coon Rapids & Mercy Unity campuses as needed
• Block Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • Travel Candidates on 12-hour shifts: Minimum 36 hours per week
  • Travel Candidates on shifts less than 12 hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
• Special Requirements:
  • Work Setting Experience: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
