Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an EP tech for our Magnet-designated teaching hospital in Minneapolis, MN. You will work primarily with Affera PFA systems and Biosense Webster RFA, on a Tue-Fri 07:00–17:30 schedule, and participate in on-call coverage with 4 hours per week.

The role requires at least 2 years of EP tech experience and ACLS/BLS certifications. First-timers are accepted, with local and pending- license options, and limited 5-day RTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EP tech experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• First-timers accepted.
• On-call: 4 hours weekly.
• Shifts Tue-Fri 07:00–17:30.
• Floating within scope as needed.
• Locals accepted; pending license accepted.
• RTO ideally no more than 5 days.
• Guaranteed hours: client may cancel shifts without penalty.

Responsibilities

• Support EP procedures using Affera PFA and Biosense Webster RFA.
• Coordinate with hospital team to fill shifts and ensure coverage.

Position Details

• Weekend Requirement: Will work every 5th weekend
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• On-call Requirement: Yes - Short call (4 hours at the end of a shift) once per week
• Floating within Scope: As needed to meet facility needs
• Block Schedule Accommodation: Yes
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Pending License Accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
