Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist for our Cath Lab. ARRT certification is required at submission, with a strong STEMI/PCI background. The role includes interventional procedures and occasional float to the EP lab.

You will participate in weekend and holiday call rotations, perform IV starts and EKGs, and ensure accurate Epic EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification current at submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years in a STEMI/PCI facility.
• Willingness to float to EP lab as needed.

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule from 06:45 to 17:15, with one week day call per week and every 5th weekend call.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will hold an ARRT certification at the time of submission and have a strong background in a STEMI/PCI facility. The role requires expertise in various interventional procedures and the ability to float to the Electrophysiology (EP) lab as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures effectively within the Cath Lab.
• Administer IV starts and perform EKGs as necessary.
• Conduct special procedures including stents, angioplasties, and paracentesis.
• Participate in weekend and holiday call rotations as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Epic EMR documentation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a STEMI/PCI facility.
• ARRT certification required at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must be STEMI ready to apply.
• Experience with IABP and Impella training is preferred.
