Position: Remote Breast Imaging

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $500,000 - $640,000 annually

Opportunity Highlights

1. Work Options:
   • 100% Remote Mammography
   • Remote Mammography with one week per quarter onsite (travel and lodging covered by employer)
2. Employment Type & Benefits:
   • W-2 employee role with benefits, requiring 1,250 hours annually (~140 shifts)
   • Compensation based on shifts: $2,500 per 9-hour shift; approximately 42 weeks/year (210 shifts) totaling about $525,000 plus benefits
   • Case mix includes screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and DXA
   • Benefits include health/dental insurance, 401K, LTD, malpractice, licensing, and credentialing
   • 1099 independent contractor options with per diem compensation in lieu of benefits
3. Additional Details:
   • Partnership-track options available within 1-2 years depending on experience
   • All necessary equipment provided for at-home reading, including communication platforms for virtual engagement with technologists and patients
   • Part of a private radiology group
