Qualifications

• High School Graduate (A high school diploma or GED is not required for Radiology Assistants hired prior to February 2026)
• BLS within 14 days

Responsibilities

• Assist radiology technologists in patient care before and after imaging.
• Transport patients to and from the radiology department and attend to patient comfort during transit and in radiology.
• Access and present patient information from EMR, PACS, and O2 for technologist review.
• Prepare imaging rooms and maintain room turnover for timely imaging.
• Coordinate information between nursing and technology staff and screen patients for appointments.
