Job summary

Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a Radiology APP (ACNP, FNP, PA) to join our Radiology team at IU Health West Hospital in Avon, Indiana. Work with radiologists, referring providers, nurses, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care across interventional and diagnostic radiology services.

The role combines direct patient management, procedural support, care coordination, education, and follow-up in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s/Doctoral NP, Indiana license or eligibility, NP board certification, DEA (or eligible), BLS.
• PA: PA program graduate, Indiana license or eligibility, NCCPA certification, DEA (or eligible), BLS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (history and physical exams).
• Serve as first-line contact for inpatients and coordinate care.
• Provide clinical resources for consults, planning, and post-procedural management.
• Perform tunneled line removals, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.
• Evaluate outpatient IR clinic patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
