Job summary

Advanced Radiology Services in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Interventional & Diagnostic Radiology Advanced Practice team onsite. The APP will perform and interpret IR procedures, fluoroscopy, GI/GU studies, and bone densitometry, with pre/post-procedural patient care and collaboration with radiology physicians.

Candidates must complete ARC-PA or ACNP program, be NCCPA or AANP/ANCC certified, hold Michigan PA/NP licensure, and have inpatient

Qualifications

Must have completed an ARC-PA-accredited PA program or an accredited Acute Care NP program.
Board certification: NCCPA for PAs, or AANP/ANCC for NPs.
Active Michigan PA/NP licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Provide IR-directed patient care including pre- and post-procedural evaluations.
Perform GI and GU fluoroscopy studies and fluoroscopic-guided procedures.
Conduct outpatient IR clinic visits and respond to contrast reactions as needed.
Document consults and follow-up notes in the EMR and radiology dictations in PACS.
Collaborate with IR and diagnostic radiology teams for comprehensive patient care.
Carry out additional related duties as required.
