Formación

• Proven record of providing excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Pull orders from TRACE for current and future appointments.
• Coordinate retrieval and distribution of x-ray images/CDs; import CDs.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
• Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate party.
• Maintain filing and office supply inventories as needed.
