Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally using the AIDET approach (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You).
• Direct patients to waiting areas and assist with completing questionnaires for imaging modalities or screenings.
• Obtain corrected referral orders to ensure proper exam orders are entered in EPIC prior to scheduled appointments.
• Screen and manage incoming calls, routine messages, and service requests; coordinate with physicians and staff to update patient status.
• Upload electronic images from external institutions and scan reports into the patient chart.
• Print schedules and requisitions; monitor patient flow and arrange transportation as needed.
