Qualifications

• 8-10 years of healthcare administrative experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records and financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Manager and Research Manager.
• Assist with departmental financial activities, including expense reports, budget tracking, and payroll calculations for later stages.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, timekeeping, and HR documentation.
• Process referrals and generate Epic reports for faculty productivity and department needs.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and meeting materials for leadership and faculty.
• Prepare and track invoices, reimbursements, contracts, and other confidential records.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows using MS Office, EPIC, HR/financial systems, and Trello.
