Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an on-site radiologist for regular coverage in North Carolina. The role involves performing screening and diagnostic mammograms, with biopsy procedures as needed, and maintaining hospital privileges.

Expect 1 week per month of on-site availability, with support from Weatherby’s travel and housing arrangements. Ideal candidates will have general diagnostic radiology reading experience, mammography expertise, and the ability to work within hospital systems.

• Mammography (screening and diagnostic) and biopsy procedures required.
• Hospital privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms and related biopsy procedures on-site.
• Provide radiology reads for assigned hospitals/clinics.
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure timely patient care and reporting.
