The Department of Veterans Affairs in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Radiologist for full-time, in-person coverage within the Radiology Department. Fellowship-trained abdominal imaging and nonvascular interventional radiology expertise are preferred, with supervision of staff and trainees as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in abdominal imaging (CT/MRI/US) with nonvascular interventional radiology interest.
• Board certification in radiology and full, unrestricted US state license.
• Will provide direct patient care and supervise technologists and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent in-person radiology coverage for on-site services.
• Perform General Fluoroscopy exams and interpret imaging across modalities.
• Supervise technologists and Radiology trainees; coordinate educational activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services to uphold Best Practice standards.
