Job summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Radiologist to provide in-person coverage for the Radiology Department, performing Fluoroscopy, MSK injections, Diagnostic Mammography, and other procedures requiring physical presence.

Fellowship-trained Abdominal (CT/MRI/US) and nonvascular interventional radiology experience is preferred; you will supervise technologists and trainees and contribute to teaching, quality improvement, and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained Abdominal (CT/MRI/US) and nonvascular interventional radiology radiologist.
• Experience interpreting MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and plain radiography.
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities for supervising staff and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision of radiology staff.
• Interpret MRI/CT/US and other diagnostic imaging exams.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and coordinate with Clinical Services.
