Job summary

Weekday 1 collaborates with a leading AI research lab to develop rigorous evaluations of how radiology reads real studies. We seek practicing radiologists to define what “correct” looks like in measurement conventions and structured reporting, not image labeling.

You will read de-identified studies across modalities, apply RECIST, BI-RADS, and other schemes, review AI-drafted reads, and help create reference standards that train frontier models. Expertise welcomed across subspecialties.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologists or eligible.
• Sub-specialty versatility across neuro, chest, abdominal, MSK, breast, cardiac, nuclear medicine, paediatric.

Responsibilities

• Read de-identified studies and write the reference report or specific finding.
• Apply structured systems and measurement conventions (RECIST, Lung-RADS, BI-RADS, CAD-RADS, ASPECTS, and others).
• Review AI-drafted reads and mark inaccuracies, unsupported, or unsafe.
• Contribute cases that stump a strong model.
