Job summary

Mercor is seeking practicing radiologists to define what constitutes a correct interpretation for AI-generated reads of radiology studies. You will provide reference standards using established measurement conventions and contribute to robust model evaluation.

Ideal candidates are board-certified radiologists currently reading studies with expertise across sub-specialties and willingness to review AI outputs for accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with ABR/FRCR/EDiR or international equivalent.
• Currently reading studies or recently in active practice.
• Familiar with standard measurement conventions used in practice such as RECIST, BI-RADS, ASPECTS.

Responsibilities

• Read de-identified studies and write the reference report or specific finding.
• Apply structured measurement conventions you use in practice (RECIST, Lung-RADS, BI-RADS, CAD-RADS, ASPECTS, and others).
• Review AI-drafted reads and mark inaccuracies, unsupported conclusions, or unsafe interpretations.
