Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Program Director for Radiologic Technology to lead the program, ensure accreditation compliance, and deliver high-quality theory and clinical training. You will balance operations, curriculum evolution, faculty mentorship, and community partnerships to drive student success.

You will oversee program evaluation, budgeting, and relationship management with clinical affiliates while supporting CEU development and faculty scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Masters Degree in any subject is required.
• Minimum four years experience in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Minimum of two years as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program is required.
• Minimum of one year leadership/management experience is required.

• Oversee daily operations and long-term strategic planning of the Radiologic Technology Program.
• Drive compliance with JRCERT and accrediting bodies.
• Promote safety and compliance in labs and clinical environments.
• Mentor students and prepare them for ARRT exams.
• Manage budget planning and equipment needs.
