Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technology Clinical Coordinator to secure clinical sites and sustain productive partnerships with the local healthcare community.

The role oversees student rotations, site communications, and compliance with accreditation standards while supporting didactic and laboratory instruction. The position requires a Bachelor's in Radiologic Sciences or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and at least five years in radiologic technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Medical Imaging or related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Radiologic Technology, including four years full-time in the professional discipline.
• Two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Strong experience communicating effectively with health care facilities; knowledge of accreditation standards.
• Capability to teach both clinical and didactic aspects and oversee program accreditation (e.g., JRCERT).

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and monitor student clinical rotations across affiliated sites.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clinical site supervisors and hospital administration.
• Ensure clinical education complies with accreditation requirements and policies.
• Orient students to clinical sites, policies, and expectations.
• Monitor student progress through evaluations, site visits, and competency checks.
• Provide guidance to students facing clinical or professional challenges.
• Address performance concerns with the Program Director and document properly.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including affiliation agreements and evaluations.
• Participate in accreditation self-studies, site visits, and program assessment.
• Teach didactic and/or laboratory courses as assigned; assist curriculum development.
