Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technology Clinical Coordinator to secure clinical sites and maintain strong relationships within the healthcare community.

The role oversees student rotations, site communications, and accreditation compliance while guiding students and ensuring quality clinical education. The position requires a Bachelor's in Radiologic Sciences and at least 5 years in radiologic technology, with a preference for a Master's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field is required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Radiologic Technology, including 4 years full-time.
• Two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Strong experience communicating with health care facilities; curriculum design and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and monitor student clinical rotations across affiliated sites.
• Maintain communication with site supervisors, technologists, and hospital administration.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
• Orient students to clinical sites, policies and expectations.
• Monitor student progress through evaluations and site visits.
• Provide guidance to students facing clinical or professional challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and affiliation agreements.
