Job summary

Concorde is seeking a Radiologic Technology Clinical Coordinator to secure clinical sites and foster strong relationships with the local healthcare community. The role supports learning through rotations, ongoing communication with supervisors, and adherence to JRCERT standards.

The position requires an Associates and a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in radiologic technology and prior instructional experience. On-site work with travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with healthcare facilities.
• Experience designing and administering radiologic education programs.
• Ability to evaluate, instruct and counsel students.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and monitor student clinical rotations across affiliated sites.
• Maintain communication with site supervisors, technologists, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., JRCERT).
• Orient students to sites, policies, and expectations.
• Monitor student progress through evaluations and site visits.
• Provide guidance for students facing challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and affiliation agreements.
• Participate in accreditation self-studies and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety requirements.
• Teach didactic and/or laboratory courses as assigned.
