Job summary

PeaceHealth Sacred Heart RiverBend Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon, seeks a Full-Time Night Shift Radiologic Technologist (1.0 FTE) to perform standard diagnostic X-ray exams. The role supports portables, fluoroscopy, and surgical imaging as needed, while ensuring patient positioning, exam prep and radiation safety.

Based in a Level II Trauma Center, you will join a smaller overnight team with focused workflow, using PACS/RIS and collaborating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT-eligible candidates considered; certification within 6 months.
• Oregon Radiology Technologist license required (OBMI temporary license accepted at hire).
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard diagnostic X-ray exams.
• May support portables, fluoroscopy, and surgical imaging as assigned.
• Position patients and prep exams; operate radiographic equipment.
• Apply radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Review prior images and patient history using PACS/RIS.

Pay Range: $41.67–$58.31/hr + Applicable Shift Differentials

Minimum Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT (Radiography)
  • ARRT-eligible candidates considered (certification required within 6 months)
• Oregon Radiology Technologist license
  • OBMI temporary license accepted at hire for techs awaiting ARRT-R certification
• BLS (required upon hire)
• PACS/RIS experience
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly
• 1+ year of experience preferred (not required)
