Job summary

Qualifications

Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform radiologic and fluoroscopic examinations and operate imaging equipment.
Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and radiation safety protocols.
Prepare patients and explain procedures; obtain informed consent when required.
Position patients and select appropriate equipment for procedures.
Develop and process radiographs as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging files.
Rotate on-call duties as required.
Perform mammography exams if certified and train in ultrasound as applicable.
