Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s OptumCare Hudson, MA site seeks a full-time Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic imaging, operate imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality radiographs for patient care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a 2+ year Imaging Technology degree, MA licensure (or eligible within 6 months) and current CPR certification.

Hours are 8:30 AM–8:30 PM for three 12-hour shifts weekly, with location in Hudson and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• 2+ years degree in Imaging Technology required before start date.
• Commonwealth of Massachusetts registered Radiology Technology License or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date.
• Knowledge of imaging software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Routinely provides diagnostic radiology services by operating imaging equipment and other equipment/devices as necessary.
• Evaluates radiographs for technical quality and seeks advice when necessary.
• Troubleshoots and problem solves certain factors before calling service.
• Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed
