Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide radiographic imaging services and support patient care across our urgent care centers. You will perform X-ray procedures, ensure accurate positioning, and contribute to patient records and scheduling under physician supervision.

Responsibilities include image production, patient communication, and adherence to ALARA safety standards, with opportunities to advance skills and join a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program.
• Work Experience: Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ARRT registration, state licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services and imaging procedures for patients of all ages.
• Prepare patients for examinations, verify information, and document medical history.
• Maintain medical records and QA/logs; assist in equipment troubleshooting and daily controls.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols (ALARA) and ensure patient and staff safety.
